The Christian life is not a destination, but a journey. We are called to be disciples, followers of Jesus. We are called to be producers not consumers.
Jesus found 12 people and taught them God's ways. After Jesus left, those 12 helped start a new movement that taught others in ways of Jesus.
Part of the identity of First Christian St. Paul is a place where we serve others and we also come to grow and to help others grow. We offer a weekly Bible Study, as well as a Book Club called First Reads where we discuss social and theological issues. Special classes and forums take place on Sundays.
Our programs for children and youth are still in process, but for children, we have Sunday School a nursery for infants during worship.

The Work of the People
Another way that we grow as followers of Jesus is through worship.Worship is a way for followers of Jesus to respond to the wonderful love of God. Through singing, prayer, Bible reading, silence, music, preaching, and communion we give thanks for the love God has shown us through the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
